Kids Yoga

Yoga helps kids: 
-Increase focus, balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength 
-Build self-esteem 
-develop stress coping skills 
-develop relaxation and calming techniques  
           
I teach through games, fun music, stories, animal poses, and children directed themes, doing yoga the kids way.  They love it!
